Quality

Our quality system is ISO9001 certified since the year the company was established.

We have established and proven procedures of eliminating non-conformances and imperfections. Our system provides full record of materials used, people involved and tests performed on all important products.

The welding operations are ISO3834 certified. We have an IWE certified welding engineer in staff, who can develop new welding procedures for new products rapidly. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our welds.

Building on ISO3834-2 we can acquire EN certifications based on this standard like EN1090 and EN15085. Currently we hold a EN1090-2 exc3 certification.

Our quality engineer holds a ISO 9712 certificate and is qualified to perform NDT testing of welds. In house we can perform such NDT tests:

• Visual testing according to EN ISO 17637, level 2
• Penetration tests according to ISO 3452-1, level 2

Other tests are outsourced to certified institutions. Mainly TÜV NORD Baltic and BUREAU VERITAS LATVIA.
